Privacy Policy

Sadarah ("we", "us", or "the app") provides a platform for racket-sport academies and players to schedule sessions, track performance and ratings, manage academy wallets and subscriptions, and view rankings. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account information you provide: your name, mobile number, and optionally a profile photo, gender, and short bio.

Activity data: the sessions you join, matches and scores, performance ratings, rankings, and the academies you are a member of.

Payments & subscriptions: wallet balances, transactions, and subscription credits managed within your academy. We do not store card or bank numbers.

Device & technical data: device identifier, app version, operating system, and diagnostic information used to keep the app reliable.

Location: approximate location is used only when you open map features to view an academy or branch. We do not track your location in the background.

Notifications: a push token used to deliver session and account updates.

2. How We Use Information

To create and manage your account and to authenticate you via your mobile number; to operate core features such as booking, matchmaking, scoring, ratings, rankings, wallets, and subscriptions; to send you service notifications; to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and improve and troubleshoot the app; and to comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

With the academies you join, so they can manage sessions, rosters, settlements, and your membership.

With service providers who process data on our behalf (for example cloud hosting, push notification, and SMS delivery providers) under appropriate safeguards.

When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements. You can delete your account at any time (see Section 6).

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Access & update: you can view and edit your profile in the app.

Account deletion: you can permanently delete your account and its data from Settings → Delete Account.

Notifications: manage notification permissions in your device settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data — contact us to exercise them.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under the age required by law in your country (generally 13). We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Third-Party Services

The app relies on third-party services such as cloud hosting and push/SMS providers. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by an in-app notice. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
